1.) Annual GAMM Meeting 2018 in Munich
=====================================
The Annual GAMM Meeting 2018 will take place in Munich, Germany from
March 19-23, 2018. There will again be an exciting program in our research
areas, and members of our activity group will organize the following
sessions:

* Two Plenary Talks from our group:
Lecturers are our members Volker Mehrmann (Berlin) and Joachim Weickert
(Saarbrücken).

* S21: Mathematical signal and image processing
Organizers:  Felix Krahmer (München) and Benedikt Wirth (Münster)

The deadline for abstract submission for this event is December 4, 2017
and for early registration fee it is December 18, 2017

2.) Nominations for Annual GAMM Meeting 2019

We would like to remind you to take the opportunity to suggest
* Plenary Speakers
* Organizers of our own section
for the Annual GAMM Meeting 2019 taking place in Vienna in February 
18-22, 2019.
Please send us your suggestions by November 30, 2017.

3.) Call for (Young Researcher) Minisymposium at Annual GAMM Meeting 2019

We would like to strongly encourage our young members to apply for a 
Young Researcher's
Minisymposium at Annual GAMM Meeting 2019; the call can be found at
https://www.gamm-ev.de/index.php/en/calls/call-minisymposia.html
with a deadline of December 31, 2017. Please also notify us in parallel,
so that we can support your application.

We would also like to encourage all members to apply for a Minisymposium
at Annual GAMM Meeting 2019. The call is similar to the one for the
Young Researcher's Minisymposia, only without the age limit.
