We collect your data when you contact us via email or register for the workshop.

How do we use your data?

Your data is used exclusively for organizing FRICO 2026, including:

• Your full name and affiliation for the name badge and communicating the workshop program to participants.
• Your email address will be used to contact you regarding any upates/changes/notifications pertaining to FRICO 2026.
• Abstract and the paper link will be used for the selection process, talk scheduling purposes and will be displayed in the workshop schedule.
• Your Dietary restrictions for incorporating any specifications in the provided catering

Your name, affiliation, and talk details may be published in the workshop program.
