Everything works perfectly. JReality is amazing, now my 3D plots look absolutely gorgeous. And the U3D exporter works very well, including the different objects in the pdf model tree hierarchy. I have updated and tested the document. Now should it work. Maybe you should first add all 3rd-party-libs and then try to compile I don't notice any changes in the website...
