Title

Random sum complexes

Abstract

Sum complexes are arithmetically constructed simplicial complexes that may be viewed as high-dimensional versions of abelian Cayley graphs. In this talk we shall recall the definition of sum complexes and their homological properties, and then discuss the spectral gap of Laplacians of random sum complexes.
